When you are ready for a refill: 

1. Come back to our website. Select the products you’d like to refill. 
2. At checkout, select the number of jars you'd like to return.
3. Leave your empty jars outside. You'll receive a reminder a day before delivery.

You can click 'Quick Refill' to get our popular products pre-loaded into your cart.

We'll deliver your refill and collect your empty jars. You'll receive a $2 reward for every jar returned.

Pickup orders: You can drop off the empty jars at our local pickup points when you pick up your refill. 

• Delivery: $5.95 delivery fee. Check delivery areas at checkout. We deliver to Sydney CBD, inner-city suburbs, inner west, eastern suburbs, and parts of lower north shore.
  
• Local Pickup: Available in Alexandria, Rosebery and North Sydney. Select pickup location at checkout.
